Pink Gin Spritz

THE PERFECT PINK GIN SPRITZ

A Pink Gin Spritzer is one of the easiest gin cocktails to make. And it’s simplicity also makes it one of the most delicious. Similar to a Gin Spritz, this recipe uses pink gin to get a sweet, strawberry flavour. We also combine tonic and Prosecco for a light, bubbly texture, and a splash of elderflower to balance the fruity notes with a floral finish.

ADD A PINCH OF PEPPERCORNS

Strawberry and peppercorn are a classic combination. So why not make it into a drink? To create a Gin Pink Peppercorn Spritz, add a dash of pink peppercorn syrup, which you can make at home using sugar, water and peppercorns. Make sure to save a few for the garnish to infuse into your cocktail.

If you don’t like tonic or are out of Prosecco, there’s plenty of other ways to get that spritzer style serve. Swap the fizz in your Pink Gin Spritz to soda water and enjoy the lighter taste.
